Beskrivelse
Every morning, millions of people struggle to get up and go to work. They do so under the pressure of family burdens and their essentially economic needs. Should it be so? Who created work? Why and how? This modest work attempts to give a playful vision of work, and tries to show that behind the mask of the very serious and borderline nervous bureaucratic and administrative system of the civil service in general, and the customs administration in particular, a major provider of revenue whose financial, economic, social and cultural mission needs no introduction, this institution should become a labyrinth of fulfillment, accomplishment and well-being. It's from here that unimaginable results will be achieved with ease and greater efficiency, with the key being a warm, creative, innovative and ethical workforce, because they "play seriously" what makes them happy, and at the same time more productive and loyal to their organizations. A role that managers cannot ignore in a turbulent context characterized by hyper-modern performance demands.
