You'd be forgiven for thinking that this book will be like many other 'diet' books, positioning a very heavily biased viewpoint in order to 'convert' you to a new, or potentially not so new, dietary method of dropping body fat.
Let's face it, the industry is littered with diet books, all with their own agenda, designed with one thing in mind. Taking your money, rather than actually addressing any of the underlying issues that have made fat loss so difficult.
My hope and intention of this book is to break the cycle and enable you to finally learn what it is that causes fat loss as well as how to apply that in a way that works for you as an individual so you never fail another fat loss attempt again.
