Christmas isn't Christmas in Puerto Rico without a glass of cold coquito (co-kee-to). This book aims to first show you how to make coquito, and then inspires you to try enhancing it with additional ingredients. It also provides tips and secrets in how you can modify them further so you can come up with your own special recipe. I also introduce a variations for those bent on drinking a little healthier during the holidays. Yes, I introduce my own versions of low fat and vegan coquito recipes!
