As a Nail Technician, Hair Dresser, Makeup Artist or Beautician, we have to deal with many different types of people and personalities on a daily basis. This type of training is not in the manuals, not in the certificate courses and certainly not in any training schools I have come across lately, or ever. Naturally I feel if a person has the tendency to go into the salon business they are already a people person.
