How Far We've Come

Not knowing all details prompted more research and written notes to tie the details together in a chronological order and finally the author became part of the narrative. His personal historical knowledge of the relatives and friends of two generations before, along with what he has learned will now be given to the grandchildren. At 80 years of age himself with an interesting life largely behind him he has become part of family history and a separate branch in the family tree.
