How Bright the Light

Olivia Branch ran from her kidnappers after being held for more than a month. Haunted by her past, she turns to alcohol, unable to shake the fear her captors would return to finish what they started. She sleeps with the lights on, afraid of the evils lurking in the dark, and needs to lean on her best friend for support.



Detective Gloria Torres is after a murderer, one leaving a string of dead women across the city, each victim with a cryptic calling card that weaves them together. Working with a colleague, they struggle to piece together the puzzle left by the killer.
