During the Great Depression of the 1930s Loujo Gucci operated the Blue Parrot, a speakeasy in Miami and helped her father, Chicago, with his PI business, Little Go Peek. Times are hard and everyone is just trying to survive. Old friends have made Loujo a target and a dirty LA cop shows up in Miami to parley.
