Ho'oponopono

Ho'Hoponopono - Hawaiian philosophy against negative beliefs brings positive effects.

by repeating four simple phrases: "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you."

This technique is a premise of the Hawaiian philosophy Ho'oponopono. It promises to free those who practice it from memories that pollute the mind and poison the heart repeatedly, feeding resentment, such as family arguments or an exhausting situation at work. Among the effects are a soul free to emanate good energy and the much-desired inner peace.

When practicing Ho'oponopono, one asks God to cleanse and purify the bad memories that keep recurring.

"I'm sorry" is the acknowledgment that something has entered your body or mind; it is an apology for that.

"Please forgive me" is a request to God to help you forgive yourself as well as forgive others.

"I love you" helps transmute the blocked energy (into light, compassion, etc.).

And "Thank you" is the expression of gratitude and faith that everything will be resolved for the good of everyone involved.

"The practice occurs all the time, as we are constantly making judgments that always stem from records and conditioning that surround our mind. When you feel that a judgment has been made and it has caused anxiety or any discomfort, simply repeat 'I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you,' neutralizing the vibration of the feeling."
