It's 2099 in a surreal world where everyone lives like royalty as long as they play by the rules, but Gideon lives two remarkably different lives. On the outside, he's an ultra-successful citizen, VP for the prestigious and powerful Startling Concern Corporation, upwardly mobile, and recently engaged to the woman of his dreams. That pretty picture is simply professional cover for Gideon's dirty job as master thief for the Startling Concern, and there's nobody better at ripping off rival corporation assets than him. Now just one last well-executed heist away from a cushy promotion and gilded life on easy street, nothing could go wrong in Gideon's perfectly imperfect world. Unfortunately, everyone has forgotten about the Cauzzies. Those lanky half-plant humanoids created in test tubes to save the world from the Global Warming extinction are out to set-up Gideon in more ways than one. Narrowly avoiding sawed-off shotgun blasts, Gideon's on the run with the Cauzzies in hot pursuit.

With his perfect future jeopardized after his failed heist and all his secret lives spinning out of control at once, Gideon's options go from dreadful to worse - join forces with the renegade Cauzzies in exchange for the corporate loot, or face the boardroom empty-handed and run the risk of being exiled to the Gladiator arena. The question becomes, does Gideon make the right choice....
