History of the 104th Pennsylvania Regiment

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. When I re-entered the military service, in the fall of 1861, I be came possessed of two hobbies; one, that of Writing the history of my regiment, and the other, to have a monument erected to the memory Of those who might fall in action, or die of wounds or dis ease, which I hope to be able to carry out some time in the future. The former has been accomplished in the following pages while nearly enough money has been raised to build the latter.
