A Debut Children's Story by Mary Cornelison Bross Mary's idea was to have adults read the books and see themselves in the place of Anna Leigh (the little girl in this book) Mary was actually the one God took on these journeys but Anna Leigh is the character, she used in the story. Mary's goal is for the reader to feel as if they are going on these journeys too. Sometimes, you just have to go back to being young, free, and just let God show you.
