The true story of a distance runner who had to miss several years of running because of two total hip replacements. He is able to run again several days a week and mixing in cross training and stretching which is the key. Randy is placing in his age group from the 5K to half marathon.Runners and athletes in any sport will be able to relate to the will to persevere. Just because someone has a joint replacement does not mean that you can never exercise again But, one must remember that the road to recovery is long and running may not be for everyone. I had to promise my doctor that I would not over do it.
