English summary: This commentary examines the literary and theological forms within the "Book of Job." The commentary situated the poem of Job within the wider literature of the Old Testament and integrates this image with the Greek and Aramaic traditions of interpretation and a particular emphasis is given to reception-oriented readings. German description: Der Kommentar geht der literarischen Gestalt und darin dem theologischen Gehalt des Hiobbuches nach. Er ordnet die Hiobdichtung den weiteren Literaturen des Alten Testaments zu und integriert auch die griechische und aramaische Textuberlieferung in die Auslegung. Ein besonderer Akzent liegt auf der rezeptionsorientierten Lekture.
