foundation by issuing currency. However, just as they areabout to return rule over the
country to its people via an election, PrincessKaguya of the ruined Yamato Kingdom
makes her entrance! Invoking Elm'sfounding doctrine, "Equality for All," she begs the
prodigies to deliver herpeople from the harsh yoke of the Empire. Tsukasa's decision
