Hebrew Poetry in The Book of Mormon
With awakening comprehension, as we discover the beauty of Hebrew poetry, we remember Nephi's counsel, to press forward with complete dedication and with the steadfast confidence of a sure testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ, with a perfect brightness of faith, hope, and charity, and with the love of God and of our brothers and sisters. As we feast upon the word of Christ, and ponder the doctrines of the kingdom, we receive the strength to endure one more day in righteousness. We focus on the prize of the high calling of Jesus Christ, and we can taste the principles of eternal life, which is the greatest of the gifts of our Heavenly Father. (See 2 Nephi 31:20).
