In this amazing story book, there is a fairy man by the name: Mr. Sam. This man is the god-for-all-children. He lives beyond the sky in a different planet that is filled with amazing things. One day he looks through his magical mirror and sees many naughty children on earth, and he sees many un-happy parents, and that breaks his heart. So, he decides to come to earth, so he could help the naughty children to become good children, so their parents can become happy people once again.
This time, Mr. Sam makes an amazing introduction of himself to the children on earth, but in other series, he goes around helping those naughty children to become better children.
He loves children, and he uses his magic to appear to them, he loves good children, but the naughty ones he always appears to, and he always encourage them to be good children and he uses magic sometimes to scare the naughty kids, so when he appears next time, they can be of good behaviors.
