Beskrivelse
This book is a journal of love letters. It's a chronicle of a grieving mother's method to cope with the death of her son, Jai, who died very suddenly and much too young.
Reading these pages, I felt like the chair was pulled out from under me several times, because of the depth, vulnerability, love and raw beauty that was being shared. It is a sacred glimpse of something so personal and private, born out of grief, which, blossomed and channeled a love that transcended what was present when Jai was alive. I think the author has cultivated a depth of wisdom that many of us who walk this life, ever grow to experience. This book, for me, was not what you would call a page turner. It's something I could only read in small doses because it stirred up so many layers and heights of emotions.
It was a humbling experience for me to have the opportunity to share in a mother's adoring love for her son, departed, who is also my precious, nephew.
