Have you faced the death of a loved one or know someone that has and is having trouble dealing with all the emotions? I lost my fianc?' and it was the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with. Loss, loneliness, anger, depression, even survivor's guilt has all been a part of the process of grieving. I wrote these poems as a way to process and start to deal with my grief. Everyone's journey is uniquely theirs. I only hope that they will help you in some way to realize that you are not alone in what you are feeling. Take the time and process your grief as you need to. But how do you explain a loss so deep
That mere words cannot contain it?
