This book is a love letter to humanity, urging everyone to be aware of the changes that are taking place that could impact the very essence of our being, to use this information to make healthy choices and to be considerate of others who may choose differently. This work describes first hand experience and research to disclose the development of technology derived food and pharmaceuticals and their health consequences. The human body is designed to live with an interdependent relationship with nature. Altering the DNA in our most essential sustanance is having severe consequences. Some are experiencing chronic ill health already. Others may be asymptomatic. The degree and tolerance to these technologies may be directly related to the outcome of our evolutionary shift. Some will hold tight to our connection to nature at all costs. Some have been suppressed to allow technologies to be more fully integrated with the human body. Be informed. Know thyself.
