In Healing, author Olivia Cooney offers a collection of poems born out of her experiences of emotional abuse during a long-term relationship and the happiness she found during her healing.



Healing, she discovered, is a journey filled with grief and insecurities interspersed with moments of joy. Inspired by the process of healing, these poems dive into themes of abuse, grief, reinvention, and finding peace after trauma.
