Healing From Emotional Abuse: 365 Ways to Start Your Healing Journey helps us to discover the many ways in which trauma has changed us. But not just that. As survivors of emotional abuse, narcissism, sexual assault, and domestic violence of all kinds, we lose our identities. We don't know who we are anymore, after the abuse is over. And the thought of not having that basic understanding of ourselves throws us for a loop. As a survivor myself, I have 11+ years of research and real-life experience that has shown me how to heal from emotional abuse and overcome my narcissist.
