Almost everyone can benefit from therapy, but not everyone wants to go to formal therapy sessions. Taking a closer look at ourselves can help us discover the cause of some of the very things from which we need to heal. This workbook is one way you can work through your own issues, in a private, self-paced method. Work through the questions in the book, and discover your own sources of discontent, anger, resentment, pain, or bad habits. Once you discover them, you can start to heal, and by healing you can move forward.
