This time, the Advanced Design and Experimental Aircraft Company implements two spies who look like Ron Steel and Adrian Barbeau. This pair, David Newton and Marsha Brewer go into battle against Percy Odenthal to thwart the 4th Reich. Phil Rogers and Ron Steel hatched this idea in an effort to destroy the resources of the 4th Reich and sink the infamous USS Bloodmore, captained by Eugene S. Py-rate, an ex-US Navy Admiral who was scapegoated and now hates the United States and Canada and everything they stand for and swore allegiance to Percy Odenthal. General Reynolds, Odenthal's right-hand man, makes every effort to capture the fake Ron Steel and Adrian Barbaeu.

This adventure culminates in a battle to rid the world of the Nazi 4th Reich. But with a surprising outcome!
