Hart The Point Pleasant Bookstore isn't just my job, it's my favorite place in town. When the retired owner told me he was selling it to someone who understood its significance, I hoped he was right. He wasn't. They want to completely gut this place and destroy its old world charm as they turn it into a carbon copy of their retail chain stores. How am I supposed to focus on saving the bookstore and my job when all I can think about is him and his sea foam green eyes. The moment rockstar Lucas Morgan walked in front of me, I knew I was in love. He was gruff, angry and hurt by the world and all I wanted to do was make him feel better and take away his pain.
