The book entails ways of harnessing experiential knowledge and skills retired educators acquired over at least three decades as professionals in the education field. These different skills are highlighted as they result from meaningful experiences. Additionally, the book shares the designed TRI-KCC model of career development that outlines how these competencies can be used in developing careers for young people.
