For Jenny, the moment she's been waiting for has arrived - Buzz - it's finally summer vacation from McGovern Middle School! She and her best friend Nico have dreamed of this day all year long by making maps and talking about the trips they'll take on their bikes around town. But will their well-thought-out plans ever be realized? Their classmate Carli Connors, Miguel, a new boy from out of town, and the surprise arrival of a playful hummingbird named Happy prove that things may not happen as they are sometimes planned.
