Noelle's plan for a new job and an exciting life after divorce is off to a rocky start. On her way to begin an editing job at a magazine, her car breaks down in rural Vermont a few days before Christmas. To make matters worse, she discovers she has lost her wallet. With no money and no family to help her, her options for finding a place to stay are nonexistent until she discovers a campground filled with quirky retro campers. Whispering Pines owner, Jack, is a moody artist who closed the campground when his mother died, but who reluctantly opens up a camper for Noelle. As Noelle helps Jack ship orders in his woodworking shop, she begins to question her life's goals. What does she really want? At the same time, Greg, homeless and a one-time resident of Whispering Pines, decides to return to the campground to reconnect with a long-ago love. Unbeknownst to Greg, his estranged children have set out cross-country to find him. Happy Camper Christmas is a story of redemption, forgiveness, and second chances, but, most of all, it is a tale of love.
