This book is a simple little exercise in thinking about what happiness is and what makes us happy. It is written with the young school-aged child in mind. The idea is to encourage positive thinking and to help happiness become every child's habit in approaching each day.
As we all know, life is 10 percent what happens and 90 percent how we react to what happens. I hope this children's book serves as a springboard for happy thoughts and for conversations about what makes us happy
