Hands of Onyx

Ele'ana and her squad of cybernetic soldiers are escorting a long haul space freighter to the outer rim planets. She can't tell the captain what they're carrying, or why saboteurs are trying to stop them. The assignment is challenging enough without a saboteur aboard ship. The medic is half-blind. Her explosives expert is a sociopath. The interrogator suffers from dementia. Her own sanity is stretched to its limit as her desire for the cantankerous captain wrestles with the reality of her body's modifications.
