This Liber Amicorum is dedicated to Prof. Dr. Gert Bruggemeier on his 65th birthday. As reflected in its title "Liability in the Third Millennium" the book contains the main fields of legal research of the jubilarian. The work contains 28 German and English contributions to national, European, international and comparative liability law. The authors are legal academics from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, United States of America and China, who are closely linked to Gert Bruggemeier.
