Our brain is the most vital and unrivaled organ in the body. I am talking about the 100 billion-plus brain cells that are responsible for controlling everything that our body does. But, what I find odd is that often, we tend to neglect our brain health over other parts of our body. We work out and are constantly taking care of our body yet we forget about the most important organ that is basically keeping us alive! Most people are seemingly unaware that our brain requires training and exercise too. I bet most of you already know how crucial habits are in shaping you and your life but did you know that some habits even kill your brain cells? What if I told you that you could be damaging your own brain? Yes. You heard me right. We engage in certain habits in our day-to-day lives that are seemingly harmless but have are damaging our brains. Some of these damages that our brain suffers are known to be long-term and even fatal in some cases. Some examples of brain damage are Dementia and Alzheimer's. If you want to know what these habits are that you might be engaging in, I am going to discuss ten such habits that are damaging your brain without even you noticing that you should immediately remove them from your life.
