September 11, 2001 will always be remembered as the day Al-Qaeda, an Islamic extremist group, brutally attacked the United States in a suicide mission, using four hijacked passenger airplanes. On that day two planes were flown into the World Trade Center in New York City completely destroying the Twin Towers, a third struck the Pentagon, and a fourth crashed into a field in Pennsylvania. Sadly over 3,000 people were killed that day, including police and firefighters. Two and a half months later on November 19, 2001 an email message sent to Osama bin Laden in Eastern Jalalabad, Afghanistan, from Mohammed al-Midhar, a senior recruiter for al-Qaeda and spiritual motivator in Albany, NY was intercepted by U.S. intelligence. Once decoded and read, the contents were immediately sent to the president. The message stated Al-Qaeda was going to attack New York City and the surrounding areas on Thanksgiving morning. And this attack would be enormously devastating, than the attack on the Twin Towers. Knowing that if this information leaked out, it would surely wreak major havoc, the president decided that it had to remain a secret. To rectify the situation, he created a secret team with specific instructions to stop it from happening; by any means they felt necessary. The team was named CLBB (Can't Look Back Bureau).
