The success or failure of a forest reforestation program is closely linked to several factors from seed harvesting to transplanting to the reforestation site. Nursery work is the most important step. In fact, nursery stock has the ability to survive and resist better than directly sown seeds, which is why nursery stock is used as planting material. This work is very meticulous, delicate and expensive, that's why it requires quality labour so that it can control and follow the whole process at all times.
