Mystic Creek Elementary third graders Emma and Sam stumble upon an old computer in the library and are called to action by a mystical librarian's message on the screen. Destined to be guardians of animals in danger, Emma and Sam accept their first mission to save a lion cub in Africa. With only a book to help them and a monkey named Banana as their guide, they embark on the adventure of a lifetime, making friends and facing off with poachers along the way.
