'Growing Edible Mushrooms', a small booklet (pamphlet) of 32-pages which is written in a simple language. It is a BRIEF account of TEN mushroom varieties that are known for their excellent edible and nutrient properties. Mushroom varieties that are included in this booklet, are Milky Mushrooms (Calocybe indica); Paddy Straw Mushrooms (Volvariella volvacea); White Button Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus); The Brown Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporous Brown strain); Shiitake Mushrooms (Lentinula edodes); Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus spp); Enoki Mushrooms (Flammulina velutipes); Maitake Mushrooms (Grifola frondosa); Morel Mushrooms (Morchella esculenta) and Chanterelle Mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius). This booklet is intended for the beginners in the field.
