As is proper of an apprentice of any race, Grimmack spends his days practicing spells and doing chores. Staying safely away from anything that resembles adventure.When a mage hunter kicks down the door accusing his master of practicing black magic, Grimmack is forced to help hunt the man who taught him magic down. All this while hiding his magical abilities. If he succeeds, he will likely be killed by the very man who has trained him to use magic. If he fails, he will be executed by the wizards of the Burnt Tower, if they do not dissect him to find out how a goblin can use magic first.What's a magic-wielding goblin to do when all his choices are bad ones?
