In this book, we provide many sample questions that you are likely to be asked during the interview and offer a detailed review of the supporting documents that you must provide to support your application. -]The author of this book is a practicing attorney who specializes in, among other areas, immigration law and has hands-on experience in negotiating family-based immigration. The author is a graduate from of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, NY. Even before becoming an attorney, the author worked as an interpreter in an immigration law office. He also assisted his friends and relatives in preparing their green card applications. -]The author is not affiliated with any immigration agency and this book represents his personal legal experiences and opinions. The reader of this book should keep in mind that the immigration law is very fluid and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) changes its forms and procedures frequently.
