The Gratitude Journal for Teen Boys is the Ultimate Journal for TEEN BOYS, created by a TEEN!
It is designed to help teens have happier days and understand how important their thoughts and feelings are.
Starting your day with gratitude will aid in a mindset shift. You will begin to see things from a different perspective. You will begin to look on the brighter side, resulting in a happier you.

Gratitude Prompts - There are blank entries for each day to write what you are grateful for.Positive Affirmations - There are positive affirmations throughout this journal. "I am Loved" and "I Can Do Hard Things" are just a few that are found throughout the journal.Activities - There are several pages of activities and prompts to get creative juices flowing.Mood Trackers - There are emojis to color based on your daily mood. Knowing how you are feeling and actually tracking it allows you to reflect on your day.Coloring Pages for Relaxation - There are pages to color to help you relax.Get Creative - There are sections designed to help you express your thoughts and feelings in different ways.Thoughts - There is a designated section in the journal for additional thoughts, notes, poems or anything else you would like to write down.About the Author
Jamarion Bradford is a 15-year old entrepreneur and the founder of BRWN Paper Co., an inspirational paper goods company for boys and men. He is a native of Grambling, Louisiana and now resides in Northwest Arkansas. He loves graphic design and wants to use his talent to bring awareness to mental health and empower others to believe in themselves.

About the Illustrator
Bieunkah is Jamarion's mom. She is an entrepreneur, illustrator, and author. She is a native of Grambling, Louisiana and received a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Grambling State University. She received her M.B.A. in Leadership and Ethics from John Brown University in Northwest Arkansas, where she now resides with her family. She spends time creating paper goods products that are designed to uplift, empower and inspire.
