Beskrivelse
Grace for Educators was written by Christian educator Iris Peterson Bryant who has taught, coached and mentored students for over twenty years. In this book, she shares her journey as an educator, her successes and tips, as well as some of her mistakes, and ways to avoid the same pitfalls. Her wit and wisdom will be that boost of encouragement and grace you need to keep moving forward. Throughout the book the author shares interesting stories about a few of the students she's mentored. Each chapter includes a specific topic selected by the author and her fellow educators based on areas where they felt they were most in need of God's grace. At the end of each chapter are relevant scriptures, which she calls doses of grace, and prayers and declarations of faith in a God who can and will do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think.Author Bryant has included in this inspirational book such topics as grace to be humble, grace to know your why, grace to handle difficult students, and grace to be organized. Once you have read through this book once, you will find yourself referring to the stories, scriptures and prayers again and again for strength and encouragement. But most importantly, this book will point you back to your Creator, the lover of your soul.
