David Allen is productivity consultant has created GTD. Bottom-up means from tasks to fly-level global scope.Scrum is an agile framework for managing knowledge work. Scrum Guide document describes Scrum. Scrum consists of roles, events, artefacts and processes. The aim of Scrum is acquiring results. Context to use Scrum is for teams in middle to high uncertainty environment.The concept of unclosed loops presents inner workings of our minds. Gestalt therapy produced modern idea of unclosed loops. Unclosed loops is mind figment. Though or feeling that's draws your attention is "unclosed loop." Unclosed loops are emerging from unfinished tasks. Unclosed loops are emerging from needs and wants of body and mind. Unclosed loops are emerging from stimuli of environment etc. I recommend to upload all your unclosed loops into external organised system. System you can trust. So mind will transit into state "mind like water" as described in GTD. Mind like water state meaning fading waves going to still bliss after we drop rock into water. Great way to do that is brain-dump - guided and unguided - we'll return to this later.Rituals - what you do on regular basis forming habit. Rituals are lists of high priority tasks you execute at certain time intervals to become better or make your life better. That's could be anything from eating your breakfast to taking your pills and eating under certain amount of calories a day. It is recommended and described later in book to form them according to certain process.
