You have all seen gluten free converted cookbooks, but I suspect you haven't seen one like this. This isn't one of those cookbooks that the recipes haven't been tested or approved by even the pickiest eaters or recipes that just do not work. My recipes that I have spent over a year converting to suit a gluten free diet does work. This 140 page. beautiful, illustrated, and made with a larger print cookbook is full of colorful photos and easy to follow recipes. All recipes are made with gluten free flours and ingredients. As you may have experienced, not all gluten free flours work the same in different recipes. I have recommended either different commercial flours for the specific recipe, or listed ingredients in proper measurements to ensure that the recipe comes out perfect and busting with flavor each time I have enjoyed the special memories creating my cookbook for all of you; I hope my cookbook can help you make your own gluten free baking memories happen right in your own kitchen too.
