Jory always felt something for Nug and Groth. When he didn't flicker on either one he knew he needed the comfort that only his parents could provide. Jory made it to his family only to discover that another coup was about to take place. Groth and Nug knew Jory was theirs even without a flicker. Finding out their man was under threat. No way.
