In the not-too-distant future, the world makes even less sense than it does now. Private Investigator Darryl Hughes' world is turned upside down when his boss is killed in an inexplicable accident. Drawn into a deepening mystery he's out of his depth and short of allies. It's just as well he can rely on Jim Beam, Jack Daniels and Johnny Walker.
