The Cartel series starts in the jungles of Vietnam and travels to the Caribbean, the South Pacific, and beyond. This 4th book in the "Cartel" series, tells the story about King and David, the only surviving members of the Marquis Cartel. David and King knew it was time to start their own cartel, so they could be incognito amongst their own kind. This stop in Kenya is what enables the Ghost Cartel to become the largest cartel in the South Pacific, but not without paying a price. Because Lucifer saved King's life when he was a boy, King and David must execute their orders from Lucifer, which complicate the newly formed cartel.
