General characterization and treatment of wastewater from a dairy plant

The problem of pollution of water bodies is the most urgent, as everyone knows the expression - "water is life". The monograph describes the general characteristics of wastewater of dairy industry enterprises, the study of composition and treatment of wastewater of Samarkand dairy plant. Information about new types of treatment facilities of dairy industry is given. Recommendations on wastewater treatment of the dairy plant under the conditions of Uzbekistan are given.
