Fuera del canon: escrituras excéntricas de América Latina

Toda afirmación de un canon pone en evidencia ciertos regímenes de visibilidad mediante los que se autorizan las producciones artísticas. Sin embargo algunas escrituras cuestionan las disposiciones estéticas organizadas bajo esta norma y se proponen como narrativas excéntricas que dislocan y conmocionan lo establecido, ya sea por el gesto impropio de mezclar géneros y discursos, por la irreverencia con la que leen y reescriben las vanguardias o por la desinhibición con la que usan los medios de la industria cultural para enfrentarse al poder. En la línea de “los raros” establecida por Ángel Rama, y de los escritores “atípicos” propuesta por Noé Jitrik, este libro contiene ensayos sobre los escritores disidentes del boom y sus prolongaciones, aquellos que actuaron tangencialmente sobre una provocación geográfica, estética y política que, tanto en el ámbito del espacio nacional como en el de la lengua y la cultura, ocasionan desplazamientos y rupturas. Any affirmation of a canon reveals certain visibility regimes through which artistic productions are authorized. However, some writings question the aesthetic dispositions organized under this norm and present themselves as eccentric narratives that question and shock the established, either by the inappropriate act of mixing genres and discourses, the irreverence with which the avant-garde reads and rewrites or by the lack of inhibition with which they use the means of the cultural industry to confront power. Pursuing the path of 'los raros' (the bizarre) established by Ángel Rama, and of the 'atípicos' (atypical) writers proposed by Noé Jitrik, this book contains essays on the dissident writers of the boom and its successors, those who acted tangentially on geographical, aesthetic and political provocation that, both in the sphere of the national space and in that of language and culture, cause displacements and ruptures.
