But start with solving the most urgent problems first: cancel all uncollectible debts on a systematic basis every seven years; do ask your Central Bank to adopt the three recommendations of Concordian monetary policy: issue loans only for the creation of real wealth; issue loans for the benefit of every participant in the borrowing enterprise; issue loans at cost. All the rest will be so much easier to attain. As it is said in the books of wisdom, a journey of a thousand leagues starts with the first step.
