FROM STATE KULUNA TO SUBSISTENCE KULUNA

In view of the impact of the "kuluna" phenomenon, which is eating away at the Congolese nation in the primary sense of the term, this work outlines the main socio-professional aspects of this crime against human rights, which has not been compensated and remains terribly devastating in nature, hampering the nation's development.Thanks to this sociolinguistic approach, the author presents these other "Kulunas", guarantors of the res publica, not bystanders, whose actions are increasingly bruising public, institutional/conventional and private life.
