Four Wishing Horses

Sometimes you meet a stranger and immediately you feel at home in her, or his, company. You could sit down in front of a fire, drink a hot cup of tea and talk for hours on end. In "Four Wishing Horses" an Englishman is on holiday in Denmark and visits the town of Blavand. Before he leaves the town to return to his caravan he notices an amber Workshop and there he meets such a stranger. They talk, at first, about what their fathers did in the war but slowly a story develops that goes deep into the light and darkness of human nature, only after a long time do they begin to expose the intimate, cancerous, pity of war. Love, of course, conquers all, but the road to victory is complicated and messy.
