Fortress Texas On the run from the vicious Arab Mafia of her family; Layla, now called Patricia, has escaped to her grandmother's ranch in Texas. With her came her cloned daughters, Penny and Petra. The small town of Marfa is the closest source of support and allies. It has its share of formidable characters. The mob has not forgotten her and is deadly eager to rain retribution on her and all that she holds dear. The highland ranch is secluded and fairly safe until it is discovered as her hiding place. A virtual army of killers attack the ranch. They have been expected. They will have some nasty surprises. Dan has to fly a medevac mission. The FAA takes him to court. There are some very interesting outcomes. The ranch is transformed into a rustic resort. Some clients introduce the women to Houston high society and invite them to several Galas. Despite his objections, Dan has to wear a tuxedo Courtships and weddings keep things interesting as do future plans for the youngsters. The saga continues in 'Multiples' which will be available soon.
